What can you expect?
Under the guidance of Sengül Karademir, we'll make several unique Turkish appetisers like vegan Cig Köfte and Pogaca, which we'll then enjoy together. Sengül will also explain all about Turkish cuisine and give you tips on how to further explore these unique flavours at home.
About Sengül:
Sengül Karademir is a passionate chef and also works as an IT specialist at Radboud University Medical Centre. She is also an active member of the Association Council of PV Radboud.
