Workshop 2 - The Power of Invisible Diversity in Teams
In many organizations, diversity efforts tend to focus on visible differences, such as the drive to get more women and/or people of color in leadership positions. Although these efforts are crucial for achieving equality, team performance is not solely determined by these visible differences. Inclusion goes beyond these visible differences and lies in the unseen elements that make teams stronger. Often overlooked, these hidden dimensions of diversity play a significant role in fostering inclusion, team effectiveness, creativity and innovation. During this workshop, you will gain valuable insights into your own natural role within a team.
