Workshop 2 - The Power of Invisible Diversity in Teams

In many organizations, diversity efforts tend to focus on visible differences, such as the drive to get more women and/or people of color in leadership positions. Although these efforts are crucial for achieving equality, team performance is not solely determined by these visible differences. Inclusion goes beyond these visible differences and lies in the unseen elements that make teams stronger. Often overlooked, these hidden dimensions of diversity play a significant role in fostering inclusion, team effectiveness, creativity and innovation. During this workshop, you will gain valuable insights into your own natural role within a team. Whether you are a creative thinker, a natural leader or someone who excels in execution, each role is essential in building a balanced high-performing team. These new insights will help you to understand how to leverage your unique strengths and to figure out which organizational culture suits you best.

This workshop will be taught by Irina Tziamali, owner of Inclusive Minds. As a global keynote speaker, trainer, and consultant, she has been recognized for her extensive work in organizational inclusion, gender equality, integrity and diversity, earning prestigious awards along the way. With her expertise, she helps organizations strengthen their teams by embracing DE&I within their organizational structures.

Workshop 3 - Self-criticism under the microscope

Suffering from a stern internal voice? You're not the only one! Self-criticism can be quite persistent. It would be helpful if you were less bothered by it, but you can only succeed if you first understand how it affects you. In this workshop, we explore together how self-criticism works and you will discover a first step towards getting a better grip. The Aha!Lab will help you make the tricky light-hearted and discussable!

This workshop will be given by Wendy Kock, one of the trainers of the Aha!Lab. Wendy has experience as an HR consultant, graphic designer and career coach. The Aha!Lab helps you deal with self-criticism more lightly. Because let's be honest: self-criticism is serious enough. It's best to add a dose of light-heartedness.

This workshop is in Dutch.
