Our new Assessment Policy framework emphasizes the importance of authentic assessment, which address real-world questions and challenges encountered in workplace settings. In this session, Sander Bisselink (Orthopedagogics) talks about his course, where students do not receive a grade, but an automated, individual feedback report after the multiple-choice exam. Floris Verheul (Examination team) explains how to improve the quality of your questions, and how the different question types and psychometric analyses in ANS can help you do so.
