On Tuesday, 12 November 2024, from 12.30-13.30h, Lucas Dikkers will give his PhD presentation.
Lucas’ research concerns the mobilization of economic and social rights in the Netherlands. Much scholarship debates the significance of economic and social human rights as tools for social justice. Lucas’ research contributes to that debate by conducting three in-depth socio-legal case studies. He aims to uncover how civil society employ economic and social rights and to establish what effects their actions have.
