Strenghten your resilience

During this workshop, Manja and Kim will teach you how to respond appropriately and assertively to challenging or undesirable situations through practical exercises. Their effective strategies will help you set boundaries and stand up for yourself.

Manja and Kim are experienced teachers in the field of combat and defence sports. This means they know better than anyone how to stand up for yourself and strengthen your resilience. 

Radboud Wellbeing Weeks

This activity is part of the Radboud Wellbeing Weeks. This year's theme is 'Pause, Play, Perform'. From 2 February until 13 February 2026 you can explore this theme in an accessible and creative way during lectures, workshops and other activities.
