What will you learn?

You need a bit of adrenalin to perform well. But if the tension becomes too high, you can experience study stress. You might find yourself studying from morning until night, or on the contrary never opening your study books at all, or you may be really nervous before exams or presentations.

In this training programme, you will learn to better understand and recognise your stress, and you will learn how to cope with negative thoughts. You will also learn how to plan and how to find and maintain a good balance between studying and leisure time.

How do you register?

To take part in the programme, you first need to plan an intake with a student psychologist. To do so, please complete the online intake form. The student psychologist will contact you once you have completed the form.
