Studying with AD(H)D

This training is in Dutch. 

What will you learn? 

Are you a student who suffers from ADD or ADHD symptoms that lead to problems in your studies? Or do you struggle to manage all the different tasks wihtin your studies? Do you feel lots of stress while studying? Then this is the right programme for you.

In five 2-hour meetings, we will work on the following questions:

1. How does ADHD & Studying work for you as a person? What goes well and what do you struggle with?
2. What causes you stress when studying and how do you want to deal with this?
3. How do you know if you're studying in a way that does not work for you? And how can you change this?

To conclude the training with an action plan. In this action plan you describe what you have discovered about ADHD & studying in this training and what the next steps are.

How do you register?

To take part in the programme, you first need to plan an intake interview with a study trainer. To do so, please complete the online intake form. Once you have completed the intake form, you can plan an intake with a study trainer.
