- Your student room is available from Saturday 17 August 2024 until Friday 24 January 2025
- The rent of the room you charge is identical to the rent you pay (maximum rental price: 570 euros per month, including utilities, minus rent subsidies)
- The room is located in the city of Nijmegen, with a maximum 20 minute bike ride to the university
- You are allowed to sublet your room.
- The room is furnished (bed with matrass, wardrobe, lighting, table with a chair and kitchen utensils)
- The room has to be clean and ready to use
- It is not allowed to leave pets behind in the room
