Survival running is a versatile outdoor sport that combines running with obstacles. It is a challenging sport where strength, endurance, flexibility, technique, and perseverance are important.
Exercising is great for your mental and physical health! In survival running, you combine running with fun obstacles. We’ll enjoy being outdoors on our training grounds. A session often doesn’t feel like exercising, but more like playing outside, just like you did as a child! Make sure to wear long sports pants (tights) and shoes suitable for running and climbing. Also, bring a bottle of water. There is no running water, changing facilities, or toilets available on our grounds.
