Content course
This ancient Chinese form of movement promotes overall health. Its power stems from centuries-old Chinese traditions. The Chinese refer to “Chi” as “life force” and consider the free flow of “Chi” through the body to be essential for a long, healthy and happy life. Stress is the main factor that can block the flow of “Chi”. The slow, flowing and repetitive movements relieve stress and blockages. They help the body to recover and activate its self-healing powers.
The course is intended for people who would like to de-stress and relax during their lunch break or work break through movement. The T'ai Chi and Qi Gong course is ideal for this. The course is accessible and open to everyone.
