Together we will watch ‘The Intouchables’ - an award-winning French film based on the true story of Philippe, having become quadriplegic following a paragliding accident, and Driss, his home helper.
The movie night is an opportunity to explore Law and Cinema as a legal method and critically question the movie's (and societal) narratives, specifically in light of (post-)colonialism. The event is open to all students and staff of Radboud University.
The Critical Perspective Think Tank is a group of Radboud University staff and students that seek to engage critically with topics around the law and beyond. The Think Tank is always keen to welcome new interested members and seeks to create fun events that facilitate critical perspectives as well as ways to include more critical thinking at the University.
