The Education Café is the place to catch up with colleagues once a month on Thursday afternoons to discuss relevant, fun, thought-provoking and inspiring education topics.
During the Education Café of 13 April, we will talk about the need for education for sustainability. How can we define sustainability? What does education for sustainability entail and why is it so important today? What does integrating education for sustainability require from our educational systems; the ways we learn, teach, and organize? What challenges do we face? What success stories can we already share? Together with four speakers and host Rozi Toth, we will talk about their projects, research, and practice. There will also be enough room for questions and a discussion.
This month's Education Café is organised in collaboration with the Montessori meetings of the Faculty of Social Sciences. The session will be held in English.
