Training Thesis and internship supervision (TIS11 23-24)

During this training:

  • we will outline a didactical framework for thesis and internship supervision.
  • you as the supervisor will be the centre of the exercises. What do you bring to the table? What do you still want to develop?
  • we will look at what your students need from you as a supervisor and what their programme requires.
    General

    Target audience

PhD students who supervise and appraise theses, internships and/or research projects. Preferably, you follow this training in parallel with your supervision tasks, so you can draw from your own experiences and immediately apply what you’ve learned during the training.

    Method during the training

The training consists of two meetings of 3 hours. During these meetings, we interactively work with assignments that are connected to your own educational practice. In this way you work on improving your individual supervision skills. Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate. The training is in English, unless all participants speak Dutch.

Note: Please make sure you have a Brightspace account before the first meeting.
