We’re a small group of students passionate about making plant-based eating fun, accessible and totally non-intimidating. We want to change the stigma around veganism and plant-based food through small group discussions and communal cooking workshops.
In this first introductory workshop, we’ll chat about what plant-based eating actually means and explore simple ways to adapt meals you already love. Then we roll up our sleeves for a team-cooking session where we transform a classic lasagna into a hearty plant-based version using the mighty power of lentils!
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy the meal together and share experiences, ideas, and maybe even a new perspective.
