If you already have a problem/solution fit and are ready to launch, the Venture Track gives you the strategies, tools, and guidance to turn it into a successful business. You are going to write your own business plan that is ready to raise funding and launch your business, including market and competitor analysis, a go-to-market strategy, a plan toward a minimum viable product, organisational and team setup, risk management, and a solid financial forecast.
