Vijfdelige cursus Young Leadership for Sustainability

Is your organization working towards sustainable operations and sustainable impact on society, and would you like to increase your role in this? 'Young Leadership for Sustainability' is aimed at professionals who already have at least 5 years of work experience and want to increase the sustainability of their organization or sector from a formal or informal leadership role.

During the course you will get answers to questions such as: How do you motivate others to sustainable change and innovation? How do you have a good conversation about it? How do you strengthen the leading community? And what are your own motives in this? In five meetings you learn to think (even better) about the meaning of sustainability for you and your organization, you explore together what is needed for change and you get tools to increase your influence. We bring together insights from philosophy, psychology, communication science and business administration. Together with other participants you exchange knowledge and experience during intervision and you take part in an excursion to an organization that shows how things can be sustainably different. Finally, you can have an optional coaching session with lead trainer Dr. Marije Klomp.
