Wellbeing Weeks 2026
The full programme for the Wellbeing Weeks 2026 has been announced! This year's theme is 'Pause, Play, Perform'. This year, we invite you to engage with the theme in an accessible and creative way during lectures, workshops and other activities. The Wellbeing Weeks will consist of two full weeks this year: it will take place between 2 - 13 February 2026.
Pause, Play, Perform.
“You cannot give your life more time, but you can give your time more life.”
For two weeks in February, your wellbeing takes center stage. Take the time to engage with the theme: Pause, Play, Perform.
Pause.
Take a moment to slow down your pace. Discover that taking a break doesn’t mean standing still, it also means creating space and recharging: mentally, physically, and creatively.
Play.
Rediscover the joy of learning, experimenting, and playing. Growth doesn’t come only from effort, but also from curiosity, wonder, and fun.
Perform.
Performance does not happen within a single moment, it is a process. It’s not about perfection, but about exploraties. Become aware of what you do, and why you do it.
During the Wellbeing Weeks, you can take part in workshops, talks, and (creative) activities designed to help you create space, play, and perform with greater ease and more enjoyment.
