About the workshop
In the ‘Structured Problem Analysis & Effective Presentation Skills’ workshop, you will learn how to systematically analyse complex problems and communicate convincingly. We will cover issue-based problem solving, in which you clearly define a problem, divide it up logically and formulate and test hypotheses to reach well-founded conclusions. You also learn to present your findings effectively with structured slides, building a clear and logical storyline. You will also discover how to use data and visualisations strategically to reinforce your message. This hands-on workshop helps you develop analytical thinking and presentation skills - essential for a career in consultancy.
