Workshop on being mentally healthy throughout the academic year!

Wednesday 15 May 2024, 11 am - 1 pm

This workshop will be held in Dutch.

Are you in need of tools to better manage stress, performance pressure and uncertainty? Whether you are at the start of your studies or have been for a while, this workshop is designed to support you in dealing with the challenges of student life.

What you can expect:

  • Understanding the common stumbling blocks students face, especially in the early stages.
  • Realising that uncertainty is a normal part of this part of life, and how to deal with it.
  • Concrete knowledge about effective ways to deal with challenges.
  • A brief exploration of meaning, resilience and positive psychology and how these concepts can help you.

The workshop is evidence-based and based on the principles of positive psychology. You will not only be offered information, but also practical exercises that you can start working with right away.

This activity takes place in E 2.68 and is provided by Frisse Gedachtes Nijmegen and ECIO.

Mental Health Weeks

This activity is part of the Mental Health Weeks from 13 to 24 May. Take the opportunity to focus on your mental health and talk about it openly with others.
