Workshop Performing without Exhaustion: Learn to Understand and Regulate Your Stress System

Friday 30 October 2026, 9:30 am - Tuesday 7 July 2026, 12:30 pm

Working as a professional demands a lot: critical thinking, performing, switching gears, and dealing with constant pressure. Often, you unknowingly keep taking things a step further.

However, if you feel like you are constantly switched on and being swept along by life, the key lies not only in what you do or think, but precisely in how you can ensure that your stress system can continue to shift from exertion to relaxation. Sound familiar? Then sign up for the workshop "Performing Without Exhaustion!"

What will you do?

In this workshop, based on scientific insights, you will personally experience what it is like to apply knowledge about the stress system. You will also create a plan to implement this in your daily life.

After the workshop:

  • You will have experienced how to regulate your stress system and discover what works for you.
  • You will understand how stress and recovery work in your body and what this means for your daily functioning.
  • You will have formulated concrete actions to be able to continue doing what you love without becoming exhausted.

For whom?

Sign up for this workshop if you want to deal with stress in a healthy way so that you can continue doing what is important to you.
