About this workshop
As a consultant, you are often pressent in aquisition or project definition phases. Often prospect/clients come well prepared and already have solutions in mind; but the real challenge is understanding what truly lies beneath the surface. Clients typically articulate their requests based on a perceived problem, yet their core needs are not always immediately clear. In this workshop, you will learn how to uncover their real need by asking the right questions and creating a complete picture.
During this interactive session, we will cover:
- A method to look beyond the initial client request
- Real world examples from our consultancy practise
- Practical exercises to train your consultancy skills
