Wellbeing Week 2022: Open up your mind
This year's theme of the Wellbeing Week is Open up your Mind.
Being open about and consciously aware of your (mental) health is important. During the Wellbeing Week you can focus on your (mental) health in a creative and accessible way. For example, you can participate in a workshop Mindfulness, get inspired by the activities of (student) organisations on the Wellbeing Market, take a silent walk through the Hortus Botanicus or paint with Bob Ross.
