This year, the Wellbeing Week will take place from October 3 until October 7. Join and get inspired by free activities, workshops and lectures about (mental) health. Read more about the programme here.

Wellbeing Week 2022: Open up your mind

This year's theme of the Wellbeing Week is Open up your Mind.

Being open about and consciously aware of your (mental) health is important. During the Wellbeing Week you can focus on your (mental) health in a creative and accessible way. For example, you can participate in a workshop Mindfulness, get inspired by the activities of (student) organisations on the Wellbeing Market, take a silent walk through the Hortus Botanicus or paint with Bob Ross.
