Account portal unavailable at Tuesday afternoon 5 November

Due to maintenance work, it will not be possible to use the account portal from 1 pm on Tuesday afternoon, 5 November. This means that students, employees, course participants and guest accounts will not be able to access some functionalities for the rest of the day. Among other things, it will then not be possible to change the password of the personal U, S or E number.

In addition, due to the temporary unavailability of the account portal, it is not possible to: 

  • change the password of your U-number;
  • check and adjust your recovery e-mail;
  • request and manage access to systems;
  • request and manage workgroup folders (connection to EduVPN required);
  • manage access to departmental folders (connection to EduVPN required);
  • request functional accounts;
  • applying for licences for Microsoft applications, such as Forms, Bookings, Visio, Loop and Project;
  • creating a shared team or channel within Teams.

Would you like to use any of the above features? Please do so before Tuesday afternoon, 5 November 1 pm. From Wednesday 6 November, the account portal will be available again.
