On 24 April, the Library of Science is hosting a basic Atlas.ti workshop for scientists and students. ATLAS.ti is a software tool for qualitative data analysis and is freely available to Radboud University students and staff. The workshop is in Dutch. You register via our Library Calender.
About Atlas.ti
ATLAS.ti is a software program that allows you to analyze qualitative data. You can process different types of data, for example documents, audio and video clips and photos. You can use ATLAS.ti to analyze not only hard statistical data, but also “soft” data. The program supports many different types of text, audio and video files, such as .docx, .pdf, .txt, .wav, .mp3, .mp4 and .avi. And it allows you to visualize your results at any time, such as in tree diagrams.
Content workshop
During the workshop you will learn:
- The basic functions of ATLAS.ti version 24 & 25.
- Uploading, organizing and navigating documents
- Code and quotation managers and coding
- Generate basic output with reports
- Other functions such as comments, memos and networks
