New parking rates will apply on campus from 1 April 2026. The rate will increase to €2.90 per hour, with a maximum of €14.50 per day. (This was €2.80 and €14 respectively.) The short-stay parking scheme will remain unchanged: anyone who leaves the premises within 30 minutes can exit free of charge.
Equal rates in the neighbourhood
The increase is in line with the rates applied by the municipality of Nijmegen and will be implemented simultaneously by Radboud University and Radboudumc. The new rates apply to all parking spaces on campus, at Radboudumc and in the surrounding residential areas. Parking rates are the same throughout the neighbourhood.
