  • At the start of the new academic year, we will be implementing a few changes in the activities that we are offering at the RSC. New activities will be added, a number of options will be expanded and two activities will disappear.
  • Our cultural offer is increasing. So in addition to the fact that you can count on an expansion of the number of cultural courses, the number of performances that you can reserve as a ticket hour will increase considerably.
  • In September, the new Singer-songwriter course will start in which you write your own songs, sing them and perhaps also accompany them on an instrument that you already play.
  • In November, the new Dynamic tennis course will start. This indoor form of tennis is played on a badminton court and, in addition to being a lot of fun, it is also extremely suitable for people who do not like the heavier hits of normal tennis.
  • In addition to the existing forms of Body workout, there will be a new ticket hour Body workout basics. This accessible class is intended for anyone who, for whatever reason, is looking for a less intensive form of Body workout.
  • New on the program is the Contemporary ballet course. This dance style combines classical ballet with modern dance, creating more expressive movements.
  • Next to the beginner’s Chess course, there will also be an intermediate Chess course for semi-advanced players (probably in term 2)
  • After a year of absence, the Mindfulness course is back in the program. Each term, one course will be offered in Dutch and one course will be offered in English.
  • The ticket hour Movement class returns to the program. Last year we offered this class in which strength, coordination, flexibility, and responsiveness are trained in dynamic situations as a temporary trend hour.
  • The ticket hour Sailing that we started as a pilot in collaboration with Student Sailing Association De Loefbijter last year, will continue.
  • The Futsal ticket hour will be replaced by Meet & Play Futsal. This way you can play a casual game with like-minded people at fixed times.
  • The ticket hour Strength advanced disappears from the program. Instead, there will be more ticket hours Strength basics.
  • The ticket hour Marathon skating is cancelled.
