For the project "Stronger together: Preparation for the labour market through multi-level collaboration within company projects", Hendrik Marks (RIMLS; Molecular Biology) has been awarded a Comenius Senior Fellowship worth 100,000 euros. Due to the increasing complexity of societal challenges, it is important that students learn to collaborate. In this educational innovation project, students from senior vocational education (MBO), applied universitiy (HBO), and research universitiy (WO) within the life sciences jointly work on company projects to strengthen their skills. The aim is to improve their alignment with the labor market and to stimulate collaboration between educational institutions and companies in solving complex problems, thereby contributing to the development of broad skills.
