“The Executive Board faces important choices in the coming year that will be determining its course for the long term,” says Wigboldus. “Therefore, in the interests of the University, I want to make room for a new president a few months before the end of my appointment term.” Wigboldus' second appointment term runs until May 2025. He took office as President of the Executive Board in May 2017.
