Danny Busch appointed Global Law Professor at KU Leuven

Danny Busch, Professor of Financial Law at Radboud University, has been appointed Global Law Professor at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of KU Leuven.

As Global Law Professor, Busch will teach an intensive course for master's students on Litigation & Liability in the Financial Sector - Global Perspectives. The course focuses on dispute resolution and liability in the financial sector from an international and comparative perspective.
The lectures will take place during the Global Law Week, from 16 to 20 November 2026.

During that week, the Leuven law faculty invites leading professors from around the world to teach its master's students. Regular teaching is largely suspended, allowing all master's students, including those not taking part in an exchange, to learn about foreign legal systems and the professors who teach them.

More information about the Global Law Week is available on the KU Leuven website.
