Discontinuation of service point Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta's service point in the hall of the university library, will be closed from 15 January 2024.

As students and staff print less and less, the number of requests for help at the service point of Konica Minolta, the supplier of the printers, has also decreased, making this service on campus no longer cost-effective and less necessary.

Do you have questions about printing from a Radboud-managed (study) workstation, setting up a standard printer, printing from your own laptop, mobile phone or tablet or the KUARIO app? You can find manuals and instructions on the website: printing.

For other problems with the printer (printing, scanning, copying) or KUARIO, please contact Konica-Minolta's national helpdesk at  +31 24 365 59 55 and info [at] konicaminolta.nl (info[at]konicaminolta[dot]nl). The helpdesk is available on working days from 8 am - 10 pm.
