For staff members, the elections are for the Works Council (OR) and Representative Council (OC). For students, there are elections for the University Student Council (USR), Faculty Student Councils (FSR), and the Programme Committees (OLC). Are you interested in participating in one of these representative councils? If so, now is the time to consider whether you want to stand for election. By participating in these councils, you make an important contribution to good co-determination within Radboud University.
Timeline for the elections of the participational bodies 2025
For staff
- 3 to 16 March: Every staff member will receive an email notification about how they are listed in the electoral register. You can check this and report any errors in your registration.
- 24 March to 14 April: Nominations. Time to register as a candidate. Read about how applying as a candidate works for staff.
- 20 to 26 May: Elections. Time to vote.
- 28 May, 3:30 PM: results announced at the CultuurCafé. Doors open at 3:00 PM.
For Students
