Where can you go during weeks 30 to 32?
As a student, you are welcome to use the study spaces in the University Library. If you are a member of staff, a researcher or another member of the university community, we look forward to seeing you in the Elinor Ostrom Building (08:00 – 18:00).
In the Elinor Ostrom Building (EOS) you will find:
- A host at the entrance to welcome you and provide you with all the information you need on the spot.
- Fully equipped and freely accessible workstations.
The workstations are fitted with a height-adjustable desk and office chair, a docking station with one or two screens, a mouse and a keyboard. - A range of meeting rooms, from video call booths to fully equipped meeting rooms. Rooms can be booked via FACE.
- Lockers where you can store work-related items using your campus card.
- Work cafés, coffee stations, vending machines and, of course, The Yard in the Gymnasion for socialising, food and drinks.
Facilities such as bicycle parking, car parking and accessibility at EOS
More information (including floor plans) will follow shortly on how and where you can find your colleagues, as well as the study and work areas that are open and the facilities available.
In addition, the Huygens Building is open, but from the start of the Four Days Marches until Friday 21 August, it will operate on adjusted opening hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00–18:00.
