Enjoy a festive three-course dinner with colleagues, fellow students, friends, or family—with a choice of a plant-based menu or a meat option. There is a special children's menu for children up to 12 years old. The evening will be complete with live music.
Everyone is welcome: feel free to bring your partner, family, or children! But don't forget to reserve a place, because without a reservation you cannot participate in the Christmas dinner. You can make reservations until Sunday 30 November. There are 530 places available per evening. Would you like to make a reservation for more than 10 people? Admission ticket
After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. With this confirmation, you can collect and pay for your Christmas dinner pass at Panama in the Refter between 17 November and 1 December. Have you made a reservation for a group without a cost centre? Then you pay the total amount for the entire group at Panama.
The Christmas dinner pass is your admission ticket. During the Christmas dinner, you can use it to get food and drinks from the counters at your own pace.
Cancellation
Are you unable to use your reservation after all? Cancellations are possible until 2 December. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund, but you will receive a voucher for the full amount paid. You can spend this voucher later at Restaurant De Refter.
After 2 December, you will no longer be able to cancel, as the purchases will have already been made and your reservation will become final. You can, of course, transfer your reservation to someone else.
