In each of NOLAI’s co-creation projects, the help request derived from educational practice takes centre stage. The question sessions were developed to take stock of teachers’ concerns and what opportunities and risks they see concerning AI in education. During the meeting at the Greijdanus College in Zwolle on the 19th of September, those present discussed the opportunities they saw for AI in their classroom.
First NOLAI Q&A of the academic year | Take a look!
How can AI improve education? Fifteen participants shared their questions, ideas, desires, and concerns regarding AI in education during the first NOLAI Q&A of the academic year. Will their questions be the beginning of a future co-creation project that strives to develop smart solutions for education?
From need to solution
How can smart solutions help students to organise their study hours? Is it possible for AI to help students make technical drawings? How does the time of day influence students’ performance? These are some of the questions that came to light during this interactive meeting. Slowly but surely the participants turned the situation into requests and then into solutions with the guidance of co-creation manager Marjolein Geerits and Teachers in Residence Laurence Runderkamp and Bram van Mil.
