Starting 1 July, you can speak with an ICT Helpdesk staff member on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You can submit ICT-related questions at any time via icthelpdesk [at] ru.nl or through the form on ru.nl. Questions about the services of the University Library can also be submitted outside of opening hours via the Ask Your Librarian form.
The reduction in opening hours is the result of a more efficient organisation of services, which also helps to reduce costs.
