The Social Plan
The basic principle of the Social Plan is to avoid forced redundancies as much as possible and is part of the university's terms of employment. The Social Plan applies to all Radboud University employees who become redundant as a result of a reorganisation, other organisational change, abolition of duties or application of the principle of separation of staff following a reduction in the number of interchangeable positions. The Social Plan covers the following matters, among others:
- Reinstatement
- Contract termination
- Dismissal protection
- Wage supplement
