The outdoor meeting areas are particularly suitable for talks. Light laptop work is possible, but bear in mind 'challenging' conditions such as sunlight, limited Wi-Fi range and absence of power.
Going out to meet
The days are getting warmer and with that the desire to go outside also increases. To take a break walk and have lunch outside in the sun, for example. The Healthy Campus initiative has now created reservable outdoor meeting areas. So meet up with your colleagues and have that meeting outside!
Book via FACE
With self-service in FACE, you can book an outdoor meeting place online via the website or app. You can see in FACE where the meeting places are located and how many people they can accommodate. It also tells you whether the locations have shade or not. Outside, you can recognise the locations you can reserve by a metal plate with a QR code on the tables. You can use the QR code to check whether the table is occupied or free and make a reservation on the spot. The outdoor meeting places are also listed in Radboudwandelingen.nl. On the map you can see where the nearest outdoor meeting place is.
Ground rules
The ground rules are the same as for reservable indoor consultation rooms. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and this will show that you have reserved the table outside. If you sit at a reservable outdoor table without a reservation, you may have to move to another place with your belongings.
