Academic integrity is a joint responsibility of individual researchers on the one hand and Radboud University, faculty and the Radboud Business Law Institute on the other. Researchers can be expected to act with academic integrity. The institute can be expected to assist its researchers in such actions. The guideline aims to provide guidance for supervisors and researchers to harmonise their actions. In addition, the guide contains the institute's recommendations for a number of specific cases. If a researcher acts in accordance with the guidelines, this researcher is assured that the institute will support the researcher if the researcher's academic integrity is questioned.
Guidelines on academic integrity
In 2019, the Radboud Business Law Institute commissioned a report that identified vulnerabilities within the institute regarding academic integrity. In recent years, a lot of hard work has gone into the 'Guidelines on Academic Integrity', in which the institute implements some of the recommendations from this report. As of now, the summary of this handbook can be read on the website.
