Happiness and music

What makes us happy, and what role can music play in this? What different forms of happiness are there? Is there a difference between the happiness that we derive from experiences and happiness that we get from material possessions? Think along with economist Esther-Mirjam Sent and psychologist Daniël Wigboldus and start Radboud Sounds on a happy note!

Experiences or possessions

In our quest for happiness we invent all sorts of things. For example, we go looking for ourselves in India or we shop until we max out our credit cards. The question remains: what truly makes us happy? What role does music play in our happiness? Come and listen to the conversation with Esther-Mirjam Sent and Daniël Wigboldus and discover whether music can bring us a little closer to happiness.

This talk is in Dutch.
