"My oldest employee is 30 years old. I’m 25 myself," says Steven Bronsveld. Proudly, he introduces his five colleagues. "Yes, it’s a young team. At Bronscode, we all have academic backgrounds in mathematics, computer science, physics, and philosophy, and we each have about five years of practical experience. I prefer to be honest about who we are rather than pretending to be bigger than we are. So far, I haven’t had the impression that potential clients doubt our abilities. We have contracts running until 2032, which shows that we’re taken seriously."
Bronscode develops applications for businesses to make processes faster and more flexible. Bronsveld explains: "After my final exams, I had a long break before my studies started in September. During that time, I actively looked for a client because I was already heavily involved in programming and coding. My first client was Q-highschool. I designed an application for them to make education more accessible. With the app, students can enroll in subjects at other schools. This ensures that less popular subjects, such as philosophy, have enough students in the classroom. We’re still working for this client today."
