International Working Group on Prospectus Liability rules in Europe and beyond: towards uniformity

On 15 and 16 November, the International Working Group (IWG) on Prospectus Liability met in Nijmegen. Prof. Danny Busch (Radboud University) and prof. Matthias Lehmann (University of Vienna/Radboud University) lead the Working Group. Research results of the IWG include a blueprint for a European regime on prospectus liability. Oxford University Press will publish these results in a book.
