OO&R PhD-candidates Jarmo Oppatja and Belle Vulto, together with Leuven PhD-candidate Lukas Van Roy, received a grant from the Belgian ’Tijdschrift voor Privaatrecht’ to organise a comparative law symposium. The symposium will focus on claims by and against the government in bankruptcy proceedings and will take place on 19 March 2026 in the Grotius Building in Nijmegen.
