The Department of High Energy Physics, in collaboration with the PUC of Science, has completed the KORSTMOS project. This project consists of a small cosmic ray detector that has been installed in the Beta Faculty’s experimental garden. The detector incorporates various techniques for measuring radiation, making it ideal for educational purposes. Bachelor’s and Master’s students have been crucial in bringing this project to its current level. Starting this summer, high school students will also be able to conduct research using this setup.
The festive opening will take place on June 26 in the experimental garden.”
