These measures make use of the cooler morning hours, including by starting ventilation earlier where possible. Sun blinds will also be lowered in advance to reduce heating from the sun.
What can you do?
It is still relatively cool outside in the morning. The temperature may not reach around 26°C until later in the afternoon. Keep windows and doors closed as much as possible and leave the sun blinds down, even if it feels comfortable indoors in the morning. This will help keep the buildings cool for longer.
If you cannot lower the sun blinds yourself, contact the nearest reception desk or report it as a fault. If your workspace becomes too warm, see whether you can temporarily work in a room on the shaded side of the building.
