Logging into OSIRIS will change from Thursday 15 May

More and more applications and systems already feature an easier and more secure way of logging in, namely with your Radboud e-mail address and additional authentication (MFA). This also applies to OSIRIS from Thursday 15 May.

Through the study information system OSIRIS, students can view their study progress and register for education and exams. Teachers and supervisors can also view and track their students' study progress via OSIRIS.

New way of logging in

From Thursday 15 May, you will log in to OSIRIS with your Radboud email address (e.g. firstname.lastname [at] ru.nl (firstname[dot]lastname[at]ru[dot]nl)) and no longer with your u-, s- or e-account. In addition, access to OSIRIS is better secured with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

If you have a Radboud University workplace/laptop, you won’t have to log in as often, because you have already logged in at your workplace and authenticated yourself.

Without MFA authentication, you can no longer use OSIRIS

Don't have MFA set up yet? You can set up MFA via the Office portal. You can choose to sign in via an authenticator app or SMS. This can be done via your Radboud University phone, or via your private phone. If you want to change the chosen login method, for example because you have a new phone, you can do this in the Office portal as well.
