Network maintenance work on Tuesday 25 November: reconfirm your Wi-Fi access

On Tuesday morning 25 November 2025 maintenance will be performed on the eduroam network. This will take place early in the morning, but the work may affect your Wi-Fi connection. This applies to all devices (laptop, tablet, and smartphone).

On most devices, you need to re-authorise the use of the eduroam Wi-Fi network. Depending on the settings and the type of your device, there are several possibilities:

  • Your mobile device displays a warning and asks if you want to continue connecting. Click ‘Connect’ and accept the Eduroam certificate.
  • You need to log in again with your Radboud email address and password. Then click ‘Connect’ and accept the certificate.
  • Your mobile device shows a message indicating that it cannot connect to the network. Establish the Wi-Fi connection by following the instructions.
