As a student, you use a lot of online student information, e.g. in the education catalogue in Osiris, the digital learning environment Brightspace, or on www.ru.nl/students. Behind the scenes, many different departments work on providing this information. This can sometimes make it difficult to know who to contact with questions or feedback about our online information provision. To make this easier, we are launching the Online Student Information Reporting Centre.
How does the Online Student Information Reporting Centre work?
Send us your feedback, questions or suggestions about the online information provision for students. This could include input about unclear texts, outdated information or missing topics. The reporting centre will then ensure that your input is forwarded to the responsible department.
You can reach the reporting centre by simply filling in the form on the page below. It takes no more than two minutes to fill in. Together, we can make the online information provision for students clearer, better and more user-friendly.

Information for staff
Radboud University staff can also use the reporting centre. Would you rather ask a colleague your question directly? Then check the contact details of, for example, your faculty Osiris or communication staff on the project page of the STIP and Study Guides Project.
