Together with the other Dutch universities and UMCs, Radboud University and Radboudumc are participating in the Read and Publish agreement with the American Institute of Physics Publishing (AIPP). Corresponding authors from our university and Radboudumc can publish Open Access at no extra cost in a selection of hybrid and/or fully Open Access journals from these publishers. The options for each journal can be found in our Journal Browser.
License details and conditions
- The corresponding author must have an appointment at Radboud University or Radboudumc. Please use your RU or Radboudumc email address in all correspondence with the publisher.
- The corresponding author is the person who submits the article and who is in contact with the publisher during the publication process. The paper is only eligible for open access publication at no additional cost if this author has an appointment at RU or Radboudumc.
- The agreement applies to 39 journals, 12 of which are fully open-access. You can find information on whether the open access costs of a journal are covered by the deal in the Journal Browser.
- The AIPP agreement lasts for three years and ends on 31 December 2028
- Open Access publishing through this agreement is Plan S compliant.
