Corresponding authors from our university and Radboudumc can publish Open Access at no extra cost in a selection of hybrid and/or fully Open Access journals from these publishers.
License details and conditions
- The corresponding author must have an appointment at Radboud University or Radboudumc. So please use your RU or Radboudumc e-mail address in all correspondence with the publisher.
- The corresponding author is the person who submits the article and who is in contact with the publisher during the publication process. Only if this author has an appointment at RU or Radboudumc is the paper eligible for open access publication at no additional cost.
- Check the website openaccess.nl to see what types of publications are covered by the agreement with the publisher. If you want to know whether the costs of Open Access to a journal are reimbursed under the agreement, you can find this information in the Journal Browser.
- The RSC agreement lasts for three years and ends on 31 December 2027
- The AIPP agreement has been extended by one year to 31 December 2025.
- Open Access publishing through these agreements is Plan S compliant.
