On 20 November 2025, the presentation of the book Prospectus Liability Rules in Europe and Beyond (edited by Prof. Danny Busch and Prof. Matthias Lehmann, published by Oxford University Press) took place at Harris Manchester College's Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford.
The book is the final result of an International Working Group (IWG) consisting of academics and legal practitioners from various countries within and outside the European Union. Against the backdrop of a comparative legal analysis, the IWG produced a concrete blueprint for uniform rules on prospectus liability in Europe. This concrete proposal was discussed during the book launch by various prominent academics and legal practitioners (Prof. Kristin van Zwieten, Prof. Paul Davies, Prof. Simon Gleeson, and Prof. Gerard McMeel KC).
